Lesley is a senior executive with over 30 years’ experience in the government and not-for-profit health and aged care sectors. Lesley is Managing Director at Let’s Talk Strategy. Prior to this Lesley was Interim Chief Executive Officer at Community First Step, working with the Board to develop the next Strategic Plan, improve governance processes and support the permanent CEO recruitment. Lesley has extensive experience working as a CEO in the aged care sector and has also recently held senior executive roles within NSW Health.
